Good evening. It's Yokoyama Reina.

Today was our second day in Aichi as part of the Hello! Project tour.

Thanks to everyone who came to see us.

 

For once, I ate a meal that I had cooked myself.

They were ramen, but they were very hot. Lol

But Reina likes it when the meals are hot ⑅︎◡̈︎ *

Even if it is painful to eat because you have to blow on it to cool down,

Hot meals are the best.

I ate this for lunch.

All afternoon, my stomach was full!

Suddenly, I moved a lot, so, sweated a lot ...

But I shouldn't use it as an excuse because I always sweat too much. Lol

 

Eat good hot and spicy dishes and then exercise as it should.
