Hello Shop Senya Ichiya The 5th Night ~Morning Musume。'17 Nonaka Miki, Kaga Kaede, Yokoyama Reina~ Talk Event

Since many years now, Hello Shop stores organize an event serie called "Senya Ichiya" hold by Hello! Project members. For "the 5th Night", they choose Nonaka Miki, Kaga Kaede and Yokoyama Reina to hold the event. Two sessions were planified on November 17, 2017 at Hello Shop Osaka, one at 6:30 pm which was a Q&A session about Osaka, the other one at 8:30 pm which was Q&A session with fans. Here a report from these events.

 · What comes to you first when you hear "Osaka" ?

Nonaka : "Takoyaki Wanaka" A restaurant where Chel goes to each of her passages at Osaka.

Kaga : "Comedies"

Yokoyama : "Ogata Haruna" Reina points out we hear a lot the Osaka dialect when she talks.

 · Your most precious memory in Osaka ?

Nonaka : "This concert on October 7" On that day, she had received a surprise party for her birthday.

Kaga : "Motsunabe" She had eaten some with °C-ute members during her first trip to Osaka.

Yokoyama : "Kenshuusei" The first time she came to Osaka, it was for Hello Pro Kenshuusei work.

 · What do you prefer in Osaka ?

Nonaka : "Everyone is courteous" Even when handshake events, everyone has impeccable politeness.
Kaga : "Local food are delicious" She advises cheesecakes sold at the train station.
Yokoyama : "A nice place" She always laughs a lot when she goes to Osaka with members.

 · Your favorite place in Osaka ?

Yokoyama : "Universal Studios Japan" She has never been there but wants to go with Ikuta Erina.
Kaga : "Dotonbori" She likes the bridge view when it's dark.
Nonaka : "Takoyaki museum" It's fun to spend an afternoon there and restaurants are nice. She offers Reina to go with her since it's next to the USJ.

 · Your Osaka local food favorite ?

Yokoyama : Takoyaki. I really like that (but no more than spring rolls).
Nonaka : Kushikatsu. I'm jealous because some members have already eaten it in Osaka, I never did.
Kaga : Butaman. My father brought it back to me once during one of his business trips from Osaka.

 · What surprised you in Osaka ?

Yokoyama : Theses inverted escalators, here they're on the right. I thought it was only rumors but in fact it's the truth ! It's weird.
Kaga : I thought last Osaka (大阪) kanji was "坂".
Nonaka : It really is a funnier and more pleasant city than I thought.

 · Personal opinions about Osaka that have been confirmed ?

Nonaka : I thought everyone had the kansai dialect very pronounced, well it is. But it's nice to hear.
Yokoyama : People laugh with open mouths. When they laugh, it's not just a little ...
Kaga : Abbreviations are different. To say "Mcdo" they say "Mc" only.

 · A standard expression people say in Osaka that you prefer ?

Kaga : "Kore tte~~yanna ?" It's an expression Ogata-san often uses. The "re" is very pronounced.
Nonaka : It's not an expression but this ease of speaking very quickly. Ogata can shorten an explanation by 10min to just 4min.
Yokoyama : "Uchi" to say "I". I admired this expression since a very young age since some of my friends at school used it.

 · Places in Osaka to recommend ?

Nonaka : Dotonbori
Yokoyama : The history museum
Kaga : Taiyou no Tou

 · Your favorite song from your new album?

Nonaka : "CHO DAI", I found it cool from the first demo I heard.
Kaga : "Joshi Kashimashi Monogatari", this song will always be cool no matter which members sing it.
Yokoyama : "Narcissus Kamatte-chan Kyousoukyoku Dai 5ban", I like to do my solo part "motto mitsumete".

1. What song do you want to sing over and over again ?

Kaga : "Naichau Kamo", lyrics are touching.
Yokoyama : "Hajimete no Rock Concert", my favorite song from 4th album.
Nonaka : "Furusato", lots of versions have been made but ... I would like to bring mine.

2. Which destination do you choose between Nara and Kyoto ?

Nonaka : Based on my personal experiences, I have never tasted a good macha tea in Nara. In Kyoto, there are everywhere. So Kyoto.
Kaga : I really like Kyoto but I think I would choose Nara in reference to the very famous episode of "Inazuma Eleven".
Yokoyama : I choose Nara. I went there on a school trip, we had visited the Kofukuji temple except I hadn't had time to take a photo there. I would like to go back there and take this picture that I wanted a few years ago ...

3. Kaga and Yokoyama, what's sexy about Nonaka ?

Kaga : Her walking and hip movements during concerts.
Yokoyama : When she does her hair movements.

4. Nonaka, what do you like about 13th generation ?

Nonaka : We sang "Rokko Okoshi" with members lately. Yokoyan howled to annoy Kaedee and Kaedee fell right in the middle of, doing everything to silence Yokoyan. I like this kind of complicity. This morning, Kaedee made herself a black coffee but Yokoyan doesn't like it. When Kaedee remembered, she made her a milk coffee so she could have one too.

5. What are your first impressions of each other ?

Nonaka :
Kaedee ... I thought she was cool and mysterious but in fact she's incredibly sweet.
Yokoyan, I thought people loved her because she was cute with her smile, but it turns out she has innate courage.
Kaga :
Nonaka-san, I thought her discreet and closed but she actually contains a grace, I respect her a lot.
Yokoyama, I thought she was a true ladyful. Now we have spent a lot of time together so I know she's more than that.
Yokoyama :
Nonaka-san is "fluorescent", when she dances, she shines brightly.
Kaga, she scared me a lot. Kaga : And yet, I did nothing for ...

6. What to pay attention to this fall tour ?

Nonaka : As I celebrated my 18th birthday, I became an adult and I would like people to realize it.
Kaga : All choreographies performed. This is something very important in the group.
Yokoyama : My face, my expressions. My smile is certainly my charm, but during this tour I try new things. I would like people to pay attention to tell me if it's pretty ...

7. What's concert or event in which you did you have the most fun ?

Nonaka : October 7 concert.
Kaga : The poem I recited at Budokan during the previous tour.
Yokoyama : The day before 13th generation presentation event in last February, it was my birthday. During the event, I was offered a surprise cake and the audiance sang the birthday song to me ... It made me very happy.

8. An unexpected side of the two other members you learned recently ?

Yokoyama : Nonaka-san music tastes. She listens to a lot of foreign music and I'm happy that she makes me listen to it.
Kaga : Yokoyama loves candies.

9. A role you would like to have during a play ?

Nonaka : A male character.
Kaga : An antagonist.
Yokoyama : A princess.

10. What's something you want from Kudo Haruka-san ?

Nonaka : A classy outfit for her sotsugyou ceremony.
Kaga : Her english line "Is it necessary?" from "WHAT IS LOVE?".
Yokoyama : I would like to give her a poodle.

11. Which song do you want to sing in a Hello! Project unit ?

Nonaka : The first one I sang was "Iku ZYX! FLY HIGH". I would like to do it again to show my evolution.
Kaga : "Momoiro Sparkling", it was already made by Kenshuusei members and I would like to continue this tradition.
Yokoyama : "Onna no Sono", the first song I worked on.

12. What drink do you drink during fall ?

Nonaka : About five cups of Darjeeling tea per day.
Kaga : Cocoa with ginger that Oda-san makes herself. One day I had a voice extinction, she offered it to me and it healed me directly.
Yokoyama : Drinking yogurt. I love them all ! Blueberry, pineapple, kiwi, ...

13. What do you three like in common ?

Nonaka : There's something ?
Kaga : I don't know ...
Yokoyama : There must be something ?
Kaga : We all pay attention to our clothing style.
Nonaka : Because it reflects our personality.

14. What did you eat today ?

Kaga : We ate soba all together. And after I ate oyakodon.
Nonaka : I ate katsu-don for the first time since four months.
Yokoyama : Some tempura udon.

15. Who would you take with you for an outing to Dotonbori ?

Nonaka : Kishimoto Yumeno-chan
Kaga : Funaki Musubu
Yokoyama : Kawamura Ayano

16. What song could you compose with your instruments ?

Nonaka : "Lupin Sansei"
Kaga : "Heels World"
Yokoyama : "Maji Desu ka Ska!"

17. It's now been a year since 13th generation was formed. What has changed since then ?

Kaga : I got to know Yokoyan and be one with her.
Yokoyama : I knew how to define myself as a Morning Musume。member thanks to group's 20 years.
Nonaka : I saw the incredible evolution of 13th generation in just one year. They have changed completely since previous tour.

18. Which Kenshuusei member are you following ?

Yokoyama : Hashisako Rin. It seems she has an unwavering determination and she's not afraid of anything. I can't wait to see how she can grow.
Nonaka : Nishida Shiori. She is cute, has a soft voice, a pretty smile. I also like her dance.
Kaga : Shimakura Rika. I find she's the most talented, she has many abilities.
